P2R1 VLCD DAY 10 TOTAL POUNDS LOST 7

Today, I made it under 180 by a fantastic 0.5 pounds. I almost cried when I saw it on the scale. Of course, I grabbed my camera...two milestones in one week ROCKS!

Trick or Treat with my nieces and nephews was a lot of fun tonight! Let's see...we had a ninja, a ballerina, a clown and a pumpkin. My sister doesn't like pics of her kids online so you will have to take my word for it that they looked sooo cute. (she is in law enforcement so you know they hear all the horror stories so i truly understand).

Anyway, today was another fantastically happy day on hcg.

Here is what I consumed:
Drink - Plain water, tea with lemon
Breakfast: none
Snack: none
Lunch: southwest egg beater, biscotte
Snack: a couple of mini reeses cups
Dinner: grilled chicken salad
Measurements: (change since VLCD D1): (they fluctuate up and down daily-i'd like to think my body is being contoured)

Pre-Bathroom weight: 181.5...After Bathroom weight: 179.5
Neck........15.25(-0.75)....Inches: Before - 323...NOW - 315.75(-7.25)
Bust.........41.25(-1.25)
Chest.......36.75(-0.75)...Body Fat: Before - 45.96%..NOW- 44.40(-1.56%)
Rt Bicep...12(-0.25)
Lft Bicep..12.25(+0.50)
Waist.......38.5(-1.5)
Belly........42.25(-0.75)
Hips........40.5(-1.5)
Lft Thigh..24.75(-0.50)

  3. Thank you ladies. I came across this totally by accident and decided to try it on my own. So far so great! It has been the only thing to work for me. I am so inspired by reading everyone's journeys. It helps keep me on track and brings me back on the path when I slip.
