Another pound down...yeah...I am so close to being under 180 for the first time in a loonnnng time! That goal should be reached in about two more days.
Again with the sugar-free coffee today. I forgot my stevia and black coffee was just gross to me. So I am taking yet another chance. No weight effect because of the soymilk BUT I did have a pimple this morning, which I think is a result of something I took in yesterday.
Here is what I consumed:
Drink - Plain water, unsweetened black tea, sugar-free vanilla cappucino
Breakfast: apple
Snack: cucumber with plain vinegar
Lunch: Picadilly cajun baked fish, two sides of plain broccoli
Dinner: two boiled eggs, mustard greens
Measurements (change since VLCD D1): (they flucuate up and down daily-I'd like to think my body is being contoured)

ReplyDeleteThanks! I have to to keep myself on the course. My brain starts wondering away from my task after 10 days but I think blogging this journey helps ALOT. I stayed away from the coffee/milk trap today so I should be back on track for morning weigh in.
