P2R1 VLCD DAY 6 TOTAL POUNDS LOSS: 5

It's not a typo...I maintained this morning (keeping it positive here). I know it was the cow milk in the coffee I had yesterday. It was more than 1 tablespoon. My own fault but I was determined to stick to it today...no cow milk!!! BTW, I am posting early because I have to nap before going to see This is it tonight. I am also waiting on my turkey chili to finish simmering.

The GOOD news is that my pimple from yesterday is GONE!! My liquid intake was right on track, which I thinked helped.

Here is what I consumed:
Drink - Plain water, unsweetened black tea, black coffee
Breakfast: none
Snack: apple
Lunch: american ground beef (I KNOW!!!), lettuce, tomato salad, 2 tsp shredded cheese
Dinner: turkey chili with tomato, briscotte
Measurements (change since VLCD D1): (they flucuate up and down daily-I'd like to think my body is being contoured)
